Information about passes & booking for JIBWeek 2019 (JIBLand4 - JIB10)

GENERAL BOOKINGS WILL OPEN SATURDAY JUNE 23rd 2018 at 3.00PM (ROME TIME ZONE)

If you have attended both JIB9 AND JIBLAND3 (with 1 Prophet Pass, with Angel Pass or 1 pass for each event not received through handover) you will be able to send your request 1 day before general booking on Friday June 22nd from 4.00PM (Rome Time Zone).
Please remember to specify numbers of your JIB9 and JIBLAND3 passes in your booking.

If you have attended ONLY JIB9 OR JIBLAND3 (with any type of pass even received through hadover) you will be able to send your request 1 hour before general booking on June 23rd from 2.00PM (Rome Time Zone).
Please remember to specify number of your previous pass in your booking.
Also people who have sent a plain donation to JIB Assn. from June 2017 to March 2018 can send their request 1 hour in advance.

Please consider you cannot use any other installment plan. Only the ones specified above.

PLEASE NOTE : all the details about photo ops, autographs and all extras of JIB10 and JIBLAND4 guests will be announced and explained later next months. More guests will be announced in the next months.

On booking day you can send your request BY EMAIL only. (From July on you will be able to book pass types that are still available through website too).
Please send your booking email to staff@jusinbello.it specifying ALL the following data for each participant (maximum of 5 people per email) :

• Surname Name
• Email
• Complete address (street, postal code, city, country)
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Pass number for JIB9/JIBLAND3 (if you have not attended you do not have to write anything)
• Special needs due to health problems (specify both if you don't need special assistance or if you do)
• Chosen pass type PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU'D LIKE TO HAVE A DIFFERENT KIND OF PASS SHOULD THE ONE YOU WANTED AS A FIRST CHOICE BE NO LONGER AVAILABLE, OR IF YOU DON'T WANT ANY OTHER PASS, OR SIMPLY WRITE YOU ARE WILLIG TO TAKE THE BEST PASS AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT WE RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST
• Specify preferred method to send your contribution (wire transfer or equivalent services, and with LIMITED availability Skrill, if you would like other methods please ask about them before booking but we cannot promise we will be able to accept them)
• Specify if you want the installment option if available for you choice of pass as per details specified above (otherwise we will mark your request for full contribution and you won't be able to change that afterward).

OUR STAFF WILL CONTACT YOU ON JULY 2nd CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING AND GIVING YOU RELATED DETAILS TO COMPLETE IT.

AFTER RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH ALL BOOKING DETAILS FROM OUR STAFF you will have time until Friday JULY 6th to send your contribution. We're sorry but failing to respect the deadline will result in you getting a fine, or losing your booking priority, or being denied invitation to the convention based on the situation. So please be careful when you send your request for a pass and don’t send it if you are not sure you will be able to complete it.

To have necessary information please read ALL the rules posted on this website attentively, starting from pass descriptions to the FAQ and the Terms&Conditions.

People sending their contributions in installments will get their invitation pass receipt only at the end of the process. We wish to remind you that if you fail to send all installments within due deadlines you are automatically forsaking your invitation pass and all privileges. All previous installments will not be refunded and they will become simple donations.

FOR THOSE WHO CAN SEND THEIR BOOKING AT PRIORITY TIME, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU CAN BOOK FOR A MAXIMUM OF 5 PEOPLE BUT THEY ALL NEED TO HAVE THE SAME PRIORITY AS YOU DO. IF YOU WANT TO BOOK WITH SOMEONE NEW YOU HAVE TO FORFEIT YOUR PRIORITY AND BOOK DIRECTLY AT 3.00PM ON JUNE 23RD NOT BEFORE.



  • If you want to seat together with friends and you want to request more than one pass you can do so sending 1 EMAIL ONLY FOR A MAXIMUN NUMBER OF 5 PEOPLE (you included) You can book together ONLY if you are using the same method to send contribution. If you wish to use different methods you have to book separately.
  • If you book together please try to send your contribution together with one single transfer.
  • You have to specify all requested data for all the people that you are booking for and copy them for knowledge in the email you send us (otherwise we will reply to you only and it will be your responsibility to forward our reply to your friends)
  • Sending requests for other people makes you responsible for their bookings as well, and you will have to make sure they will complete them regularly.
  • Due to problems caused by people who send incomplete or wrong contribution, we regret to inform you that an extra donation of 5€ will be requested from anyone making mistakes and sending more than 1 transfer or sending an incomplete contribution or incomplete installments.
  • Do not send us more than 1 email for the same booking, if you do the 1st request will be deleted and only second one will be considered meaning you'd lose the priority of your first email!
  • When you're sending your booking please specify if you'd like to take a different type of pass should the one of your 1st choice be no longer available, or if you simply would prefer to let it go. This way we can be sure to provide you with the best option available when we receive your request. You can also say that you wish to get the best pass available at the moment and we will assign you the best place we have at the moment we get your booking request.
    Every seat will be assigned strictly by booking order so it will be up to luck and fast email sending where you do end up being placed, or which kind of invitation pass you get. This way there will be nothing to quarrel about and all of you will have the same chance to get better seats depending on when you book.
  • If you have physical problems you MUST specify them while you are sending your request so we can make it work for you. If you don't have any special need please remember to state that too.
  • If you want to bring at the convention children under 15 while you are sending the request for their pass you have to specify it.
    We also wish to inform everyone that minors under 18 won't be able to book a room at the Hilton and that they can stay there only if accompanied by an adult taking responsibility for them.

Invitation passes

Prophet pass and Angel pass are the only passes providing access to the entire JIB Week.
All other passes provide access to specific parts of the JIB Week (JIBLAND3 : 9th and 10th of May 2018 / JIB9 : 11th, 12th and 13th of May 2018).
Passes for JIB9 don't give any access to JIBLAND3 activities and viceversa.

5. IMPORTANT POINTS REGARDING ALL PASSES :

1) Only people who have an invitation pass on their name can get into convention premises. Each invitation pass gives you access only for dates specified in its description from starting time to the end of regular activities. Only if you attend the convention for all days assigned to your pass you can be sure not to miss photo op, autograph and meet&greet sessions and on stage panels

2) You can book passes until they're available (booking details are below here). No pass will be available at the convention. Invitation passes aren't refundable under any circumstances, but YOU CAN REQUEST TO HAND YOURS OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE following the rules you find on this website and in Tems&Conditions. If you want to hand your pass to someone else YOU MUST REQUEST APPROVAL TO THE STAFF providing new participant's data writing an email to staff@jusinbello.it.

3) You can CHANGE YOUR PASS WITH A BETTER ONE THAT GRANTS ACCESS FOR THE SAME DAYS (i.e. you can upgrade your Hunter pass into a Demon pass) but only until those invitation passes are available. You can ask for the change writing to staff@jusinbello.it and following the instructions the staff will give you (please remember that this opportunity is effective only until the chosen pass type is available). You cannot request to change your pass number (i.e. you cannot exchange Angel Pass 100 with Angel Pass 50) and you cannot downgrade a pass into a lower one.

4) All passes include access to the convention for specific days + different specific features (privileges, autographs etc...). Specific features varies from one pass to the other (REFER TO EACH PASS DESCRIPTION TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCES).

5) Each pass can be personalized ADDING PHOTO OPS, AUTOGRAPHS, OR SPECIAL ACTIVITIES that will become available in the next months.

Everything not expressively included into official invitation pass description shall be considered excluded. Many extras can be requested separately others though are specific privileges of certain types of invitation pass. You can add photo ops, autographs or special activities at the same time you request your invitation pass (if they've been released already) or afterwards as you prefer. It's not mandatory to add anything to your invitation pass.

5 NOTES ON HOW REGULAR PASS BOOKING WORKS (this applies starting from July, for the start of booking please refer to this announce HERE).

1) You can send your request through this section of JIB website

If you send your request using website form you're going to receive an automatic email immediately after completing the procedure THAT'S NOT A CONFIRMATION it's just a recap of your booking.

If you don't get it please try again because something has gone wrong.
In about 48 hours a person of our staff will reply to you confirming your pass request and data for the money transfer.
If you don't get a reply from our staff within 48 hours please contact us at : staff@jusinbello.it
Requesting a pass and sending related contribution you accept all the terms and conditions on this website and agree to respect them.
ATTENTION : If you want to request 2 or more passes at the same time (for example because you want to be seated with your friends in the stage room) you can add all of them in you cart (for bookings placed through this site) and we'll ask you for other participants data.

2) Or you can send your request sending an email to staff@jusinbello.it Subject "JIB WEEK – PASS REQUEST", and specifying :

• Surname Name
• Email
• Complete address (street, postal code, city, country)
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Specify if you have special needs due to health problems or not (No / Yes plus details of what you need)

• Specify if you want the installment option (otherwise we will mark your request for full contribution and you won't be able to change that afterward).

ATTENTION : If you send an email with your request and you don't receive a reply within 48hours please send it again because we probably didn’t receive it.
ATTENTION : If you want to request 2 or more passes at the same time (for example because you want to be seated with your friends in the stage room) please specify all data listed above for each participant in the same email.

You'll get a confirmation email from our staff in about 48 hours. The email will confirm if the invitation pass you’ve requested is available providing also all needed details to carry out the booking (you can check here for methods to send your contribution).
ATTENTION : If you don't get our reply in due time please write again to staff@jusinbello.it 
because your request or our reply could have been lost. Please also check your spam fold in email inbox.

3) Please remember that minimum contribution for chosen invitation pass shall be sent within 3 WORKING DAYS after you receive our reply confirming your booking and providing all necessary data to complete it. If you have other needs please contact the staff before sending your request and we will try to work out a feasible solution. Also please remember to inform our staff when you send your contribution so that we can check to get it fine and tell you estimated time for your pass confirmation email to be ready.

4) After the procedure is concluded our staff will send you a confirmation email for your pass working as invitation. Each invitation is numbered and nominal, you need to print it and bring it with you at the convention along with an I.D. document for registration process. At registration desk you'll get your actual pass badge. (Please refer to FAQ and Terms&Conditions for the complete list of needed documents, especially if you are an underage participant).

5) Once you've sent your request for a pass you cannot change or cancel it anymore. If you fill out a reservation and then you cancel it or you don't go through it regularly the staff will have to take measures against your unfair behavior. Because this way you'd fail to comply to Terms&Conditions creating troubles for other participants and the staff working to create this event.

RULES FOR HANDING YOUR PASS OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE

Further notes :
When coming to the event you need to bring a printed copy of your pass invitation sent by email (invitation is numbered and nominal so only you can present it to reception desk) and some proof of ID such as a Driving License or Passport. The convention is a private event held for selected patrons, failing to prove who you are will result in no access to the premises no matter what.
If you send a request and a contribution or any other donation you tacitly confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions on this website.

Your personal data will be treated according to the current Italian laws on privacy and used only for purposes related to Jus In Bello Assn. activities an your attendance to one of the events organized and promoted by the Assn. itself. By requiring an invitation you tacitly agree to the treatment of your personal data for all above purposes.

Subscribing quotes and minimum contributions can be subjected to change, please confirm your choices as soon as possible.
Date, venues and guests can be subjected to change. Check back frequently for updates and subscribe newsletter to get news immediately.
Please note all guests are contracted to appear but appearances are subjected to change as film and television commitments take precedence.
The event will take place whether a specific guest cancels or not, therefore as per our Terms and Conditions refunds will not be given if a guest pulls out.
If a guest cancels we will try to book one or more replacements to fit the schedule.
Photo ops and other activities will be transferred to other guests and options as per availability.


Absolutely no audio or videotaping is allowed in the convention halls at any moment during the event.
Still photography for personal use only are allowed but commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Photo taking is permitted in the stage room but only from your seat and without flash use to avoid bothering our guests and other attendees.
Photo taking is not allowed during autographing sessions nor during the photo op or Meet&Greet sessions.
Photo taking is strictly prohibited at any special events.


Any member of credited and recognized international press wishing to gain special permissions please email press@jusinbello.it. Though we wish to remind everyone that any event promoted and organized by Jus In Bello Assn. is a private gathering so we reserve the rights to deny or revoke media accreditation at any moment should arise the need to do so, for example to protect the privacy of our associates, supporters and partners.

Hello guys!
Here we are with information on how to request photo ops and autographs for Jensen, Jared and Misha (the single photo ops for other guests will be available at a later date).

You will be able to send your requests from SATURDAY JULY 28th 2018 from 2.00PM (Rome time zone). We will send you details to complete your request on August 6th and you will have to send your contribution at maximum before August 9th.

SATURDAY JULY 28th you can request photo ops and autographs by email only. From Monday August 6th 2018 you will be able to send your request through the website for the extras still available.

DATA FOR REQUESTING PHOTO OPS AND AUTOGRAPHS (from SATURDAY JULY 28th at 2.00PM Rome time zone) :


  • Surname and Name

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS


  • If you send a booking request you have to complete it regularly in accordance to the rules you find on this website and you cannot change your mind during the process cancelling it. So please be sure before sending your email.
  • We are not going to accept requests sent before the booking opening hour (2.00PM) so pay attention to the time. Should we receive your request before time we will let you know by email.
  • You can send 1 email only for your request. You cannot send multiple emails for the same booking, or you will be assigned all extras you've requested and you will have to complete the booking for them all.
  • You have to specify all requested data for all the people that you are booking for, and copy them to aknowledge in the email you send us (otherwise we will reply to you only and it will be your responsibility to forward our reply to your friends).
  • Do not send us further emails to add things or change your details (not even if you forget some data), wait until we contact you to ask, and especially don't send messages to various email addresses, please use staff@jusinbello.it only !
  • Sending requests for other people makes you responsible for their bookings as well, and you will have to make sure they will complete them regularly.
  • If you book together you have to use the same method to send your contribution.
  • If you book together please try to send your contribution together with one single transfer
  • You can book as many photo ops and autographs with each guest as you like without limit, but please keep in mind that you will have to complete correctly all the requests you send or all of them will be deleted.
  • Due to problems caused by people who send incomplete or wrong contribution, we regret to inform you that an extra donation of 5€ will be requested from anyone making mistakes and sending more than 1 transfer or sending an incomplete contribution or incomplete installments.
  • Those of you having autographs included in their invitation pass (Angel pass, Demon pass and Hunter pass) need to ask for other autographs only if they want more than 1 (i.e. if you want 2-3 or more autographs with one guest instead of having only the 1 which is included in your pass)
  • Those of you with a Sinner pass invitation need to request autographs if they want them because Sinner pass does not include any autograph.


WE WISH TO REMIND TO EVERYONE THAT
– Photo ops are not included in any pass.
– It's not possible to share 1 photo op, meaning 2 people cannot use 1 photo op to do a photo together with the guest. If you want to do 1 photo op with 1 friend you both need to have your own photo op.
– Only people who have an invitation pass on their name can attend the convention so they're the only one who can take advantage of photo op and autograph opportunities.
 
Double photo ops are going to be available from SEPTEMBER 1st. So do not request 2 single photo ops with 2 different guests thinking that you will be able to use or switch them to do 1 double photo op, for double photo ops you have to wait

As for digital files of your JIB9 and JIBLAND3 photo ops, they will be available FROM OCTOBER TO MARCH, you will find all necessary details to request them online in the next months.

Hotel Info 

Hilton Rome Airport Hotel is the venue where JIBWEEK 2019 (JIB10 and JIBLAND4) will take place. 
JIBWEEK attendees can book rooms at special rates for stays from May 13th to May 22nd 2019 both at Hilton Rome Airport (JIB10 and JIBLAND4 venue) and at Hilton Garden Inn (nearby twin hotel, with a free shuttle bus service available from and to Hilton Rome Airport - Airport Shuttle timetables). 

As usual we remind you that booking a room at Hilton Hotels it's not mandatory, but JIB10 or JIBLAND4 night activities may end late and it's more convenient to stay at the same hotel or nearby.


You can contact Hilton by sending an e-mail to Romap.cb@Hilton.com and you'll receive a reply within 10 working days. Hilton staff in charge of JIB10 and JIBLAND4 bookings provides assistance only through e-mail, please do not call the Hilton to make your booking.

We remind you that :

- Your credit card will be charged with 1 night stay deposit at time of booking.
- You'll be able to cancel your room reservation without paying any cancellation fee until 14 days before your check-in date), you'll be refunded of the 1 night stay deposit.
- You'll be able to modify your reservation without paying any fee (change arrival or departure dates, room type... of course based on rooms availability at the moment of your request) until 14 days before your check-in date (not later).
- Fiumicino City tax is not included in the room rate, you'll have to pay it separately.
- Room rate includes American style Breakfast. Throughout JIBWEEK 2019 breakfast will be served in "Le Colonne" Hilton Restaurant.
- If you don't have a credit card please write to Romap.cb@Hilton.com and ask if they accept payments through bank transfer, but please only if you don't hold any credit card.
- Please contact Hilton Hotel Staff only through the following e-mail address : Romap.cb@Hilton.com and do not call Hilton Hotel.
- Hilton Hotel Staff in charge of JIB10 and JIBLAND4 bookings will reply you within 10 working days, do not send your e-mail again to urge an answer.
- Underage participants are not allowed to stay or check-in at the hotel on their own, without one of their parents or legal guardians.
Minors staying at the Hilton Hotel without their parent/s or legal guardian/s must produce a printed DECLARATION OF CONSENT filled and signed by one of their parents or legal guardians.

Hi everyone !
Here we are with information on how to request double photo ops for JIB10.

Available double photo ops are :

  • JENSEN&JARED
  • JENSEN&MISHA
  • JARED&MISHA
  • MISHA&ALEXANDER

 
Bookings will start on SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 1ST AT 2.00PM (Rome time zone)

We will send you details to complete your request on September 7th and you will have to send your contribution at maximum before September 11th.

On this page you can find detailed information about double photo ops.

As for digital files of your JIB9 and JIBLAND3 photo ops they will be available FROM OCTOBER TO MARCH. You will find all necessary details to request them online in the next months.

We remind you deadline for 3rd pass installment is August 29th.

BOOKINGS WILL START ON
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 1st AT 2.00PM (Rome time zone)
We will send you details to complete your request on September 7th and you will have to send your contribution at maximum before September 11th.

- JENSEN&JARED PHOTO OP :
Installments : 90€ sent before September 11th and 150€ sent before October 3rd.
Full contribution : 235€ sent before September 11th.

- JENSEN&MISHA PHOTO OP :
Installments : 90€ sent before September 11th and 130€ sent before October 3rd.
Full contribution : 215€ sent before September 11th.

- JARED&MISHA PHOTO OP :
Installments : 90€ sent before September 11th and 130€ sent before October 3rd.
Full contribution : 215€ sent before September 11th.

- MISHA&ALEXANDER PHOTO OP :
Installments : 90€ sent before September 11th and 80€ sent before October 3rd.
Full contribution: 165€ sent before September 11th.

BOOKING PROCEDURE :
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 1st you can request photo ops by email only. From Monday September 10th 2018 you will be able to send your request through the website for the extras still available.
Please send your booking email to staff@jusinbello.it specifying ALL following data for each participant (maximum of 5 people per email)

DATA FOR REQUESTING PHOTO OPS (from SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 1st at 2.00PM Rome time zone) :
Surname and Name
E-mail
Type of pass you have been assigned
Type and number of photo ops and/or autographs you want
Specify if you want the installment option (if you do not specify it here you will to send full contribution)
Preferred method to send your contribution (wire transfer or equivalent service and, with limited availability, Skrill. If you would like to use other methods please ask before booking, but we can not promise we will be able to accept them)
OUR STAFF WILL CONTACT YOU ON SEPTEMBER 7th 2018 CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING AND GIVING YOU RELATED DETAILS TO COMPLETE IT.
AFTER HAVING RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH BOOKING DETAILS FROM OUR STAFF you will have time until Tuesday September 11th 2018 to send your contribution.
We're sorry but failing to respect the deadline will result in you getting a fine, or losing your right to request other extras, or being denied access to the convention based on the situation. So please be careful when you send your booking request for extras and don’t send it if you are not sure you will be able to complete it.
To have necessary information please read ALL the rules posted on this website attentively, starting from FAQ and Terms and Conditions.
People sending their contributions in installments will get their receipt only at the end of the process.
We wish to remind you that if you fail to send all installments within due deadlines you are automatically forsaking your extras. All previous installments will not be refunded and they will become simple donations.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS :
If you send a booking request you have to complete it regularly in accordance to the rules you find on this website and you cannot change your mind during the process cancelling it. So please be sure before sending your email.
We are not going to accept requests sent before the booking opening hour (2.00PM) so pay attention to the time. Should we receive your request before time we will let you know by email.
You can send 1 email only for your request. You cannot send multiple emails for the same booking, or you will be assigned all extras you've requested and you will have to complete the booking for them all.
You have to specify all requested data for all the people that you are booking for, and copy them to aknowledge in the email you send us (otherwise we will reply to you only and it will be your responsibility to forward our reply to your friends).
Do not send us further emails to add things or change your details (not even if you forget some data),wait until we contact you to ask, and especially don't send messages to various email addresses, please use staff@jusinbello.it only!
Sending requests for other people makes you responsible for their bookings as well, and you will have to make sure they will complete them regularly.
If you book together you have to use the same method to send your contribution.
If you book together please try to send your contribution together with one single transfer.
You can book as many photo ops and autographs with each guest as you like without limit, but please keep in mind that you will have to complete correctly all the requests you send or all of them will be deleted.
Due to problems caused by people who send incomplete or wrong contribution, we regret to inform you that an extra donation of 5€ will be requested from anyone making mistakes and sending more than 1 transfer or sending an incomplete contribution or incomplete installments.

WE WISH TO REMIND EVERYONE THAT :
Photo ops are not included in any pass.
It's not possible to share 1 photo op, meaning 2 people cannot use 1 photo op to do a photo together with the guest. If you want to do 1 photo op with 1 friend you both need to have your own photo op.
Only people who have an invitation pass on their name can attend the convention so they're the only one who can take advantage of photo and autograph opportunities.

As for digital files of your JIB9 and JIBLAND3 photo ops they will be available FROM OCTOBER TO MARCH. You will find all necessary details to request them online in the next months.

News : trio photo ops + Hunter passes available for JIB10

Here are last updates about Trio photo op for JIB10 and some Hunter passes available again.

INFORMATION ABOUT TRIO PHOTO OP FOR JIB10

The booking for trio photo op with Jensen, Jared and Misha will open on Saturday November 24th at 3.00 PM (Rome time zone)

There will be truly limited number of trio photo op available so please keep this in mind if you send your request but don't get one.

HUNTER PASSES AVAILABLE :

After recent Prophet pass auctions and last pass upgrades we have a few HUNTER PASSES available again.

Anybody who wishes to attend JIB10 can request a Hunter pass on NOVEMBER 24th at 2.00 PM (Rome time zone) following the directions explained in the link below. Minimum donation for one Hunter pass is 225 euro

Information about trio photo ops for JIB10

The booking for trio photo op with Jensen, Jared and Misha will open on Saturday November 24th at 3.00PM (Rome time zone)

TRIO PHOTO OP
Installments : 170€ sent before Saturday December 1st and 165€ sent before Wednesday January 13th.
Full contribution : 330€ sent before Saturday December 1st.

Booking procedure :

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 24th you can request trio photo op by email only. From Monday December 3rd 2018 you will be able to send your request through the website if trio will still be available.
Please send your booking email to staff@jusinbello.it specifying ALL following data for each participant (maximum of 5 people per email – each person can request a maximum of 2 trio photo op)
